Forces Info

I've added a Force info on the Character Sheet, this informs of what force you're in (NA if you're your own force), the city you're in/Control (If Vassal/Prefect), the cities in your district/force (If Viceroy/Ruler/Emperor).

Also, There is the Rank/Post system. Rank is your class (1 is best, 16 is worst, rulers choose when to promote their underlings. Also, rulers don't have ranks (D'uh!)) and Post is what you are on the force (E.g.: Free, Comrade, Captain, Vassal, Prefect, Viceroy, Prime Minister, Ruler, Emperor). A ruler needs at least 10 cities in order to declare himself emperor (or an imperial seal!)

Current forces are:

Shu forces: Emperor - Liu Meng Xuande
Cities controlled: All on New China Continent (Except Mountain Shrine)

This is the only force for now...
